Nilgiri Education and Development Associates is a nonprofit working in the education sector in rural Northern India. 
Chanakya joined as Director for Rural Education in 2018

On a field visit to a school in Katoria, Bihar. While open to all, the students of this school belong to the tribal community (Santhali). Free for all students, the school is also partially funded by the Govt. of Bihar
